Meal Planning

Certified Nutritionist and Educator, Shonda Wright, along with business owner and mother, Loriann Williams, help participants to discover how to plan meals that meet their dietary and budget needs. You will receive recipes that are delicious and fun to cook. Instructor Loriann will demonstrate how to prepare meals and juice fruits and vegetables that address specific physical ailments. Nutritionist, Shonda will keep this class interactive, fun, and informative with games and open discussions. Every level of culinary experience can find value in this class.
