In this course, we will be working through the mindset and practical steps of addressing inflammation in the body. This is a “hands on” class. Inflammation is said to be the basis of all disease. We are focusing our attention on the basic steps needed to address inflammation on a fundamental level. This class is best suited for students who are experiencing less then their optimal wellness and are interested in learning and participating in the basics of addressing this using food and lifestyle choices. This class is also well suited for students beginning to work in the Functional Medicine world as a practitioner or coach and wish to understand not only the principles of Functional Medicine as well as the practical application of these principles.
